Casters are a general term, including movable and fixed casters. Movable casters are also what we call universal wheels. Its structure allows 360-degree rotation; fixed casters have no rotating structure and cannot rotate. Usually two kinds of casters are used in combination. For example, the structure of a trolley has two fixed wheels at the front, and two movable universal wheels at the back near the push armrest.

How to choose the right caster
1. Generally, when choosing a suitable wheel frame, first consider the weight carried by the casters, such as supermarkets, schools, hospitals, office buildings, hotels, etc., because the floor is good, smooth and the cargo carried is lighter, (each caster carries 10-140kg) , It is suitable to choose the electroplated wheel frame stamped and formed of thin steel plate (2-4mm). Its wheel frame is light, flexible in operation, quiet and beautiful. The electroplated wheel frame is divided into double-row balls and single-row balls according to the ball arrangement. If it is often moved or transported, double-row beads should be used.

2. In factories and warehouses and other places, where the cargo is moved frequently and the load is heavy (each caster carries a load of 280-420kg), it is suitable to use thick steel plate (5-6 mm) stamping, hot forging and welding double-row ball wheels frame.

3. If it is used to carry heavy objects such as textile factories, automobile factories, machinery factories, etc., due to the heavy load and the long walking distance in the factory (each caster carries 350-1200kg), thick steel plates (8-12mm ) After cutting the welded wheel frame, the movable wheel frame uses flat ball bearings and ball bearings on the bottom plate, so that the casters can bear heavy loads, rotate flexibly, and resist impact.
